Kaila Chambers and Hilla Eden met at The New School in 2017 and became friends while interning at the Filmmakers’ Cooperative, where they deepened their appreciation for experimental animation and 16mm film. Over time they began collaborating on music videos and short films with musicians, actors, and artists in their community. They continue to work together on video projects, host animation workshops, and curate screenings that showcase fellow animators and independent filmmakers in NYC.
