Kaila Chambers & Hilla Eden

Kaila and Hilla met in 2016 at the New School and worked together at the Filmmakers Cooperative. There they discovered their shared appreciation for the avant-garde, campy, creepy, beautiful, and absurd works by artists whose styles and techniques would shape their aesthetic sensibilities.

As a collaborative duo, Kaila and Hilla have worked together on a variety of video projects including 2D and 3D stop-motion animations, music videos, narrative shorts, and films on 16mm.

They have also hosted animation workshops and screenings highlighting the works of artists in their creative community and filmmakers they admire.
